Discover the magic of the four most common ingredients on the planet: flour, butter, eggs and sugar. The cookie matrix workshop is a sidetrack of our ongoing cookie matrix research. We investigate the question of national identity based on global ingredienhts as well as the pure perception of “cookie” resulting form variations within those ingredients.
how it works
We develop our understanding of the cookie ingredients and adapt the workshop to what we are currently investigating. As an example, a cookie workshop could consist of grouping the participants in different nationalities, having all groups define a cookie from their country of origin and recreate it. The second step could be to create the perfect intermediate cookie and have a communal tasting to see what happened.
