At the Slow tea – Sloot thee installation you make your own local tea with what the Hortus has to offer on site.
Delicious plant leaves? Check.
Water to start brewing? Check.
Water treatment plant? Check.
We have it all and teach you to safely drink your own scooped up ditch water and flavor it with every plant the hortus has to offer. It may take a bit longer than opening the tap but after participating you will know the art of filtration and you will be one step closer to self-sufficiency.
